ShopRite of Wallington Commits to Customer Health

Shoprite of Wallington, N.J. is committed to helping customers eat healthy and improve their overall wellness. Each month, the store, part of Inserra Supermarkets, hosts a range of free health and wellness events led by Samantha Pappas, R.D., Shoprite of Wallington’s registered dietitian.

Pappas also is a certified personal trainer and made an appearance at the Retro Fitness gym. She offered pre- and post-workout tips, sampled trail mix featuring Super Seedz pumpkin seed and discussed healthy meal-planning tips and better-for-you drink options.

Pappas along with fellow ShopRite dietitians are available for free one-on-one nutrition counseling and available to speak to community groups about nutrition.
