Schnucks Markets to Host Diaper Drive

Schnucks Markets is marking National Diaper Need Awareness Week by hosting a 12-day diaper drive, held Sept. 23 – Oct. 4 at most Missouri metro area stores, with all donations benefiting the St. Louis Area Diaper Bank.

Schnucks customers can also donate directly to the Diaper Bank by adding $1, $3 or $5 to their grocery bill at checkout.

“With many locations across the metro area, Schnucks stores make perfect collection points for residents wanting to help their neighbors," said Joanie Taylor, director of consumer affairs and community relations.

The grocer is also offering a buy-one-get-one-free promotion on its Tippy Toes brand of diapers and training pants, giving shoppers the option to donate the extra package.

St. Louis-based Schnuck Markets Inc. operates 98 stores and 93 in-store pharmacies in Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa.
