Save Mart Launches Electronic Waste Recycling Program
MODESTO, Calif. -- This weekend six Save Mart stores across Northern and Central California will provide shoppers with the opportunity to safely unload their old computers, television sets, and other outdated, unusable, or unwanted electronic items for recycling.
By law, such products must now be recycled in ways that won't harm the environment. Save Mart will collect the discarded electronics items and then truck them away to be recycled by Electronic Recyclers, a Fresno-based electronic waste recycling firm.
