Save Mart Deploys New Solutions to Drive Customer Loyalty

Save Mart Supermarkets aims to drive customer loyalty online, with mobile and in-store by deploying solutions for advanced marketing tactics and digital coupon content and services. Together, they're designed to enable the retailer to introduce marketing and loyalty management solutions combined with digital coupons to customers.

The privately-held food chain of 220 stores in California and Nevada will rely on NCR cloud and marketing solutions, combined with Inmar’s targeted Digital Coupon network, to manage promotions and loyalty programs, while introducing digital coupons that are accessible via multiple sales channels. 

“As part of our strategic goal to change the way Save Mart engages with customers, we wanted them to be able to save coupons directly into their loyalty accounts at any time via multiple channels, including mobile or on-line,” said Save Mart CIO James M. Sims, adding that the solutions have improved customer experience and loyalty by implementing their flexible cloud-based solutions across the business. “The benefits of lower TCO and shorter time to market were also an attractive proposition,” he added.
