Rich's Reshuffles Leadership
Buffalo, N.Y. -- Rich Products Corp. is stirring things up in its leadership roles in an effort to sweeten both satisfaction and results.
The bakery company named Kevin R. Malchoff group president/international, while Richard M. Ferranti ascended to the role of group president/North America. The appointments are effective January 1, 2007.
"These role transitions by two talented senior leaders will bring a fresh perspective to both our North America and International businesses," said Bob Rich, Jr., chairman of Rich Products. "As a global, private, family- owned company poised for ongoing growth and success, we need to leverage our best and brightest at all levels of the organization."
The shuffle follows several key executive role changes made over the past several months, including the appointment of Bob Rich as chairman, Mindy Rich as vice chairman, and Bill Gisel as president and c.e.o.
Malchoff and Ferranti are both members of Rich's Executive Leadership Team, comprised of seven executives who set corporate direction and manage Rich's business portfolio
