Shopper outreach programs are an essential part of the retail dietitian (RD) role, and Progressive Grocer seeks to recognize the most innovative programs that RDs have developed and/or executed. From store tours and sampling, to website messaging and community outreach, retail dietitians work to create value for their customers, their retail associates and the banners they proudly serve.
Progressive Grocer will host a special awards ceremony at our Retail Dietitian Symposium, May 23-24, 2016, in Chicago.
Even if you can’t join us for the event, please submit your best programs for consideration for this very special award. Here’s what to do:
Follow this link and provide the necessary information. Our panel of judges will include retail executives, registered dietitians and Progressive Grocer editors. Submissions will be judged on their ability to increase shopper engagement, build awareness of the retail banner as a partner in wellness, and provide demonstrable services to store customers and associates. The deadline for nominations is April 19, 2016.
We would like the award winners to share their winning, innovative program at the Retail Dietitian Outreach Innovation Awards Luncheon on May 24, 2016, at the Retail Dietitian Symposium. If winners cannot be present, the winning programs will be shared by a member of the Progressive Grocer team.
