Realtor Teams Up with Local ShopRite Owner to Reward Customers
WILMINGTON, Del. -- Home buyers and sellers in Delaware are being rewarded with an unusual incentive when they call on Amanda Kenny with Team Kenny Real Estate, LLC, a RE/MAX affiliate: gift certificates to their local supermarket. Thanks to a partnership with the Kenny Family ShopRites of Delaware, clients that buy or sell a home with Kenny are eligible for up to $5,200 in gift certificates to ShopRite.
The Kenny family owns and operates the three ShopRite supermarkets located in New Castle County, Delaware. Bernard F. Kenny, Jr., president and c.e.o. of the Delaware ShopRites -- and Amanda Kenny's father-in-law -- is allowing the realtor to advertise the program on his 900 shopping carts. The gift certificate discount is also on the automatic message repeater in all three stores, so customers can hear all about it while they shop.
