Ready Pac Founder Returns as CEO
IRWINDALE, Calif. -- On the heels of last week's announcement that Larry Kern, the previous president and c.e.o. of Ready Pac here was leaving the company, Dennis Gertmenian, the company's founder and board chairman, is returning as new c.e.o.
Jack Davis has been named e.v.p. and c.a.o. Both Gertmenian and Davis were already serving on Ready Pac's board in executive capacities.
Following its merger with Tanimura & Antle's Salad Time subsidiary in 2004, Ready Pac upgraded its supply network, resulting in four strategically dispersed plants of scale each with increased capacity to serve retail and foodservice customers nationally.
