Price Chopper Launches Prescription Management Mobile App

Price Chopper and Market 32, in partnership with San Francisco-based prescription management solutions provider mscripts, has launched a mobile app to help customers manage prescriptions on the go.

The Price Chopper Pharmacy App is an easy-to-use web health management resource that provides the ability to order medication refills via prescription number or scanned images, as well as receive status updates, reminders and access to prescription history. Family members’ prescriptions can be managed all from a single account.

Additionally, app users can store information about their doctors in one convenient location, as well as locate their nearest Price Chopper or Market 32 pharmacy. Location services provide driving directions, store hours and a list of available services at each one.

The new app is available for download at the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Price Chopper and Market 32 are divisions of the Golub Corp., Schenectady, N.Y. It operates a combined 135 stores under the two banners.
