P&G Brings Music to Spring Cleaning in New Partnership

CINCINNATI -- Procter & Gamble will have consumers whistling while they work, thanks to a partnership with Warner Strategic Marketing that provides a free compilation CD to customers who buy any two of P&G's home care brands.

The program, called "Take the Bore Out of the Chore," begins this month and runs through June. P&G's participating brands include Mr. Clean, Swiffer, Dawn, Cascade, and Febreze.

Consumers who purchase any two of the five brands can choose one of three compilation CDs: Fresh Clean Beats, Hip Hop: Uncluttered, and Cool Clean Classics. The CDs feature music from more than 30 artists like Aretha Franklin, Queen Latifah and Sixpence None the Richer.

In addition to the CD, consumers can also pick up the "Take the Bore Out of the Chore" Tips Booklet at retail locations, which offer information and ideas to simplify the cleaning process.
