Patricia A. Woertz Joins P&G Board
CINCINNATI -- Patricia A. Woertz, 54, chairman and c.e.o. of Archer Daniels Midland Corp., has joined the board of directors of the Procter & Gamble Co. here.

Woertz holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and is also a graduate of Columbia University's International Executive Development Program. Prior to becoming ADM's chairman and chief executive, Woertz's career included executive positions at Chevron Corp. She began her career as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young.
