Parmalat Group N.A. Names Caira President of Dairy Division
TORONTO - Parmalat Group North America today announced that Marc Caira has been appointed president, Parmalat Group North America, dairy division.
The appointment comes as the result of a broad reorganization aimed at strengthening the company's operations in North America.
In his new role, Caira will oversee the development of Parmalat's dairy operations throughout North America.
"Mr. Caira's broad industry experience, coupled with his time as chief operating officer of Parmalat Canada, makes him an ideal choice to lead Parmalat Group North America's dairy division," said Mr. Michael T. Rosicki, chairman and CEO, Parmalat Group North America. "Caira will form an integral part of the Parmalat Group North America team as we move into the next stage of our company's growth and development."
