New Chicago Office Flags Dunnhumby’s Push to Expand

Loyalty marketing and consulting firm dunnhumbyUSA this week opened a new office in Chicago, its third U.S. location, to expand business with existing clients there such as Kraft—and also build new business with other and retail consumer goods companies across the U.S.

"Our Chicago-based client business continues to grow at a rapid pace, so having an on-the-ground presence there was a strategically important next step for us," said Rob Culin, s.v.p., manufacturer client leadership, dunnhumbyUSA. "Talent is key to our growth and we recognize the size and quality of the skill base in Chicago is enormous.

“Recruitment of brilliant people in Chicago will help us grow our business both in the U.S. and internationally,” Culin continued.

Dunnhumby is launching the Chicago office with staff relocated from its Cincinnati headquarters. The company said it is searching for candidates in the areas of data analysis, client leadership, and marketing to grow the office further in the coming months.

DunnhumbyUSA opened its second U.S. office in Atlanta last summer, which now has a staff of 35. It established the Atlanta office to serve clients based in the Southeast U.S., including The Home Depot and Coca-Cola.

DunnhumbyUSA is a joint venture between major client The Kroger Co., and London-based dunnhumby, and serves clients including Tesco Stores International, Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and Kellogg's.
