Lund Food Holdings Taps Retail Expert to Control Shrink
WOBURN, Mass. - Woburn, Mass.-based Retail Expert Inc. announced that Lund Food Holdings Inc., parent company of Lunds and Byerly's, has selected NaviStor leading loss prevention software for corporate exception reporting and performance management.
Retail Expert Inc.'s software product, NaviStor, manages Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the retail enterprise with a focus on reducing shortages and improving operational performance. Key features include exception
reporting, scorecarding, data mining, and automated alerts. NaviStor will identify when company policies and procedures are not being followed, and when an associate needs additional training.

"NaviStor will offer Lunds flexibility in setting up critical business measurements to improve our operational performance and reduce our shrink exposure. We will also track and manage fraud cases using Retail Expert's new web-based case management solution, myNaviCase. These products will provide our management team with the tools they need to compete in today's competitive environment."
