Kroger Selects Unicru Hiring Management System to Optimize Workforce Selection

NEW YORK - Unicru Inc. has announced that the Kroger Co. has selected its hiring management system as a key element in its corporate strategy to optimize workforce selection and performance.

Kroger operates more than 2,400 supermarkets and multi-department stores under two dozen banners in 32 states. The Cincinnati-based retailer selected the Unicru solution to help reduce turnover, improve hiring efficiency, and streamline human resource processes through the use of a uniform system throughout its locations.

Based on the positive results Kroger saw with its initial rollout, the company plans to employ the Unicru system beginning with two of its Kroger divisions.
