Instacart Expands Partnerships in North Chicago Suburbs

Online grocery service Instacart has added six more grocers to its delivery service covering 18 north suburban Chicago ZIP codes.

Previously working only with local grocer Sunset Foods to serve the ZIP codes’ residents, the San Francisco-based service now delivers groceries from Costco, Fresh Farms International Market, Jewel-Osco, Mariano’s, Tony’s Finer Foods and Whole Foods Market. The ZIP codes are in Glenview (60025, 60026), Glencoe (60022), Northbrook (60062), Wheeling (60090), Deerfield (60015), Highland Park (60035), Buffalo Grove (60089), Prospect Heights (60070), Fort Sheridan (60037), Highwood (60040), Mundelein (60060), Libertyville (60048), Lake Bluff (60044), Lake Zurich (60047), Vernon Hills (60061), Lincolnshire (60069) and Lake Forest (60045).

Additionally, Tony’s Finer Foods and Fresh Farms International Market are now partners with Instacart for residents in the northern Chicago suburb of Winnetka (60093). Customers here or in any of the other new ZIP codes may schedule their grocery deliveries with one-hour to one-week notice for a fee of $5.99, or free with an Instacart Express membership.
