Hy-Vee's 8-ounce Bacon Wrapped Cowgirl Chicken Grillers, one of the products affected by a voluntary recall issued by the Midwestern grocer
Hy-Vee Inc. has issued a voluntary recall of six of its meat and potato products across the grocer’s eight-state market area, citing possible contamination with Salmonella and Listeria monocytogenes.

The company emphasized that to date, no illnesses have been reported in connection with these products, which are being recalled out of an abundance of caution.
