Harris Teeter Launches Pharmacy Punch Card Promo

Harris Teeter’s newly introduced Rx Punch Card promotion enables shoppers who fill a new prescription or transfer an existing prescription to one of the grocer’s pharmacy departments to earn a $20 electronic coupon automatically applied to their VIC card, for use on their next Harris Teeter grocery purchase of $20 or more. Through April 3, 2012, VIC households can earn up to 10 $20 coupons, for a total of $200 in savings.

The grocery chain limits the use electronic coupons to one per transaction. Additionally, the promotion isn’t valid for any prescription previously filled at a Harris Teeter pharmacy. Harris Teeter accepts all major insurance plans, including Express Scripts.

Other Harris Teeter pharmacy services include the Generic Prescription Savings Club, which gives members a 30-day supply for $3.99 and a 90-day supply for $9.99, free diabetic medications and antibiotics, a 15-minute prescription guarantee, the opportunity for customers to help schools in your community earn valuable cash to support needed programs if their VIC cards are linked to a "Together in Education" school.

Matthews, N.C.-based Harris Teeter operates 136 pharmacy locations in six states and the District of Columbia.
