Harris Teeter Invites Loyal Shoppers Back to Amelia Island

Harris Teeter VIC (Very Important Customer) cardholders can take advantage of exclusive savings through a partnership between Harris Teeter Supermarkets and the Amelia Island Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) in northeast Florida. Through Dec. 31, VIC cardholders will get discounts at 20 Amelia Island businesses, including accommodations, restaurants, activities and shopping.

“Our continued partnership with Harris Teeter has proven to be a great benefit for everyone involved,” said Gil Langley, president of the Amelia Island CVB. “For four years now, Amelia Island businesses have offered special discounts for VIC cardholders, providing significant added value for Harris Teeter customers.”

Since January 2010, the partnership has offered special deals for Harris Teeter VIC cardholders every year, as well as a three-month-long travel sweepstakes in which one Harris Teeter e-VIC subscriber can win a trip to the resort island.

The discounted deals are available only to customers who present their VIC cards at checkout. With the accommodation and activity discounts, customers must mention the Harris Teeter deal when making reservations.
