Oakland, Calif.’s Haagen-Dazs is aiming to spruce up summer ice cream offerings with a pared-down version of its products, which the company has dubbed Five. The hook is that four all-natural ingredients -- milk, cream, eggs and sugar -- are paired with one other main ingredient -- brown sugar, coffee, ginger, milk chocolate, mint, passion fruit or vanilla bean -- to create the new line.
