Woolwich Dairy has taken the wraps off a new soft-ripened single-crème goat brie. Packaged in moisture-resistant, breathable white paper to lock in freshness, the brie from the Orangeville, Ontario dairy is finished with a distinctive blue-and-red logo on the label.

The product comes in a 5.8-ounce size and imparts nearly the same characteristics of the triple-crème version: a buttery soft mouth-feel with a mildly tangy finish and a delicate, downy edible white rind.
