EuroFresh Employs Interactive Marketing
In an effort to communicate more effectively with its customer base, EuroFresh Farms, a year-round producer and marketer of greenhouse grown tomatoes and cucumbers, has launched a mobile website and increased its social media engagement with Twitter and Facebook.
“Today’s shoppers are going more mobile. No matter what industry you are in, consumers are accustomed to having access to information on the go and at their fingertips,” said Mark Cassius, executive VP of Willcox, Ariz.-based EuroFresh Farms. “We recognize the importance of having a mobile site that’s user-friendly and informative.”
In addition to the brand’s continued social media accountability and transparency, EuroFresh launched a Pinterest account to give customers a behind-the-scenes look at how their favorite tomatoes are grown.
“Pinterest is a valuable tool used to reflect the lifestyle supported by a brand,” added Cassius. “We believe our customers will benefit from the exchange of ideas about the role healthy eating can bring to their overall lifestyle and gain inspiration from fellow tomato and cucumber fans on inventive ways to cook with produce.”
EurofFresh Farms operates two greenhouse facilities in Willcox and Snowflake, Ariz., and employs more than 1,100 Arizonans.
