Dove Ice Cream Miniatures Lets Female Fans Live in the ‘Moment’
Through June 7, Dove Ice Cream Miniatures is asking women to share their favorite way to escape, via the “My Mini Moment” contest. Entrants have the chance to win what the Mars Chocolate North America brand refers to as “a sensational mini-grand prize.”
“The importance of ‘me-time’ for our Dove Ice Cream Miniatures consumers prompted us to conduct a survey,” explained Craig Hall, general manager at Hackettstown, N.J.-based Mars Chocolate North America, a division of Mars, Inc. “Over 400 mothers were surveyed, and an astonishing 70 percent of these ultimate multi-taskers are taking time for themselves each day. This contest celebrates those cherished moments.”
Women can visit doveicecream.com/myminimoment to submit a photo and a short essay describing their preferred mini escape from the pressures of the day. After a panel of judges selects 10 finalists, consumers get to vote online for their favorite moment. One grand-prize winner can opt for one of three rewards: a mini-getaway to Napa Valley, spa services for a year or a mini home makeover.
At just 70 calories apiece, Dove Ice Cream Miniatures consist of ice cream enrobed in real Dove chocolate. The new Café Collection offers such flavors as Java Chip and Cappuccino.
