C&S Wholesale Grocers Forms Holding Company
BRATTLEBORO, Vt. - C&S Wholesale Grocers has formed a new holding company to oversee its five different business entities, according to published reports.
The new company, called C&S Holdings, will oversee C&S's Grand Union supermarket operations, the ES3 logistics service provider, LC Transportation, J&R Ice Cream Corp. and C&S Wholesale Grocers.
As a result of the change, C&S promoted Ron Wright to president of C&S Holdings and Ed Albertian to president of C&S Wholesale Grocers. Wright is also acting president of ES3.
