Crossmark Promotes Execs

PLANO, Texas - Crossmark, a leading provider of business services to consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies, said yesterday it had promoted several executives.

The sales agency promoted Jim Norred to e.v.p., operations. In his new role, Norred is responsible for supervising sales operations for eXchangeBridge, field support/recruiting, and retail operations. Previously, Norred was president of the Dallas office of G2 (formerly J Brown). His prior Crossmark experience includes v.p., client development; v.p., national teams; president, Winn Dixie team; and president, Houston division. He has been in the CPG industry for 18 years.

It named Hollie Gonzales chief information officer. In her new role, Gonzales is responsible for aligning Crossmark's technology deployment strategy with its business strategy. Previously, Gonzales was v.p., retail operations center. Her prior Crossmark experience included director of client development; director of operations -- Safeway team; and director of operations - convenience store. She has been in the CPG industry for 10 years.

Crossmark also promoted Clay Curtis to v.p. of training and development. Curtis now is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and implementation of corporate training programs, policies, and procedures. Crossmark's former chief information officer, Curtis has held various positions in his 20-year tenure with Crossmark, including president of eXchangeBridge, a subsidiary of Crossmark; v.p., Southern region; v.p., retail operations; and v.p., training and sales support.

Crossmark has offices in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia.
