Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese has made two additions to its award-winning collection of Farmstead Classics Fresh Mozzarella cheeses: Marinated Fresh Mozzarella, a custom blend of olive oil, canola oil and spices, and convenient Fresh Mozzarella Medallions. Because both new items come with the flavor and labor already “built in,” they provide time and workspace savings for bustling foodservice and deli kitchens, as well as allowing for timely service when the pressure’s on or the store is short-staffed, according to the Waterloo, Wis.-based company. The products are available in cases of 6 8-ounce packages. Additionally, suggested retail prices are $4.50 for the marinated variety and $4 for the medallions.
