City Market Groceries & Deli to Open 2nd Location

City Market Groceries & Deli, owned by Hamida and Sunny Mandani and located in downtown Memphis, Tenn., plans to open a second location in the Cooper-Young neighborhood of the city. The opening date has not yet been set, nor has the product line.

City Market’s downtown location offers a variety of groceries, fresh produce and a gourmet deli featuring Boars Head meat and cheese as well as a variety of vegan, organic and gluten-free options. The prepared foods menu includes fresh salads, paninis, sandwiches and soup. Juices, smoothies and coffee as well as freshly prepared breakfast items also are available. The Mandanis opened the store in 2010 with the motto: e squared = eat + enjoy.
