Bristol Farms Opens 13th Unit in La Jolla
CARSON, Calif. -- Bristol Farms here opened the doors to its newest and 13th store, in La Jolla, Calif., on July 26th. It was the second new Bristol Farms store to open this year.
"The store is a former grocery store location that was closed, and the neighborhood and surrounding community is an exceptional fit for a specialty store like Bristol Farms," said Kevin Davis, President, chairman and c.e.o. of Bristol Farms. "Our specialty food and fresh product mix is unique to the area, and will fulfill a need that the La Jolla community has been hungry for. We place a heavy emphasis on the peripheral departments," noted Davis, "including our deli and cheese departments, restaurant quality grab-and-go foods, specialty full service meat, seafood and sushi departments and our locally grown fresh produce."
The La Jolla store's décor package also highlights the La Jolla community's history. "The store has historical early 40's and 50's murals that show off the rich San Diego history," said Davis.
