BJ’s Wholesale Club has launched Tech Advisors, an exclusive free service that provides free technical support for TVs, home theater, audio, computers, tablets, cameras and other consumer electronics. The service is available for the lifetime of the member’s product.
Post-purchase, BJ’s Tech Advisors can help members with first-time setup, Wi-Fi setup, instructions on how to use the product, general and advanced troubleshooting, missing components or accessories, and networking support.
