Allegiance Retail Services Elects Board of Managers

Allegiance Retail Services, Iselin, N.J., named its new board of managers at its annual membership meeting.

Newly elected board members include: Nicholas D’Agostino III, John Estevez, Christopher Evans, Daniel Katz, David Maniaci, Esmail Mobarak, Louis Scaduto, Jr. and John Shakoor. John Derderian, Allegiance president and COO, was also appointed to the board.

David Maniaci was elected for another term as chairman of the board and CEO. Louis Scaduto Jr. was elected vice chairman, Christopher Evans as VP of the board, Daniel Katz was elected secretary and Esmail Mobarak as treasurer.

The new board members declared the 2015 patronage dividend and announced it would again distribute the dividend on a monthly basis.

Allegiance Retail Services provides independent supermarkets with marketing, advertising, technological and merchandising support as well as Foodtown private label products.
