Albertsons Selects Unicru Hiring Management System
BOISE, Idaho - Albertsons Inc. has selected Unicru Inc.'s Hiring Management System as part of the supermarket and drugstore chain's strategy to increase business performance through technology. The Unicru system will be deployed across Albertsons' 2,300 retail stores.
The computer-based Unicru system aims to control hiring and labor costs by presenting only the most qualified candidates to hiring managers, streamlining tax credits and eliminating payment of non-qualifying unemployment claims.
"The Unicru system will enhance our ability to find and hire a unified team of energized associates who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and satisfaction," said Kathy Herbert, Albertsons EVP, human resources.
