AG New England Names New Director of Human Resources
PEMBROKE, N.H. -- Associated Grocers of New England, Inc. here said yesterday that Laurie Glaude has been promoted to the position of director of human resources at the company.
"Since coming to AG New England six years ago," noted s.v.p. and c.f.o. Steve Murphy in a statement, "Laurie has built our human resources department to a level of professionalism that is truly outstanding. She has really been a great addition to our team!" Glaude joined the company in 2000 as manager of human resources and three years later assumed additional responsibilities in the area of employee safety.
AG New England, owned entirely by independent retail grocers as members of a cooperative and the largest retailer-owned wholesale grocery distribution center in New England, serves independent retail food stores in Maine, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and the upstate New York/Albany area.
