AG New England Hires Retail Pricing Manager
Joe Finnigan has joined Associated Grocers of New England as the company’s new retail pricing manager. He succeeds Allan Hulse, who has been promoted to the position of VP wholesale merchandising and procurement.
“We’ve known of Joe and his fine work for some time, as he’s worked with many of our customers and has an outstanding reputation with them,” noted Curt O’Hara, director of retail programs at Pembroke, N.H.-based AG New England.
A native of New Hampshire, Finnigan (left) brings a wealth of retail pricing and computer technology experience to his new role. His most recent position was technical support manager for the past 14 years at North Andover, Mass.-based Droste Consultants. Prior to that, he worked in retail pricing at Wetterau Foods and at Supervalu in Andover Mass. Before Supervalu, Finnigan was store manager for Kealey Farms Inc. in Salem, N.H.
Finnigan is working with Hulse and Denis LaFortune, AG New England’s retail technology program coordinator, to help ensure a smooth transition in the retail pricing department.
