Wolfgang Puck to Headline ECRM Wine, Beer & Sprits Event

World-renowned master chef Wolfgang Puck will be a special guest at the upcoming Efficient Collaborative Retail Marketing's (ECRM) Global Wine, Beer & Spirts event, set to take place at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego, Calif., Aug. 23-26. 

On Monday, Aug. 24, Puck will present his signature boutique wine label for a group of retail buyers, as well as beverage directors from hotels, restaurants and other on-premise buyers. Varietals include the Wolfgang Puck Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and red blend.

At the Global Wine, Beer & Spirits event, buyers from off-premise and on-premise operations from around the globe will meet privately with suppliers in adult beverage in one-on-one planning sessions and tastings.
