The United Family Pharmacies Offering Pet Meds

The United Family has expanded its pharmacy services to offer common pet prescriptions at its 57 pharmacy locations in North Texas and New Mexico.

Enabling customers to fill prescriptions in-store or to order online and have the items shipped home, the grocer's "Pet Meds" program includes brands like Advantage, Heartgard and Revolution, among others.

“Our guests rely on our pharmacies to fill their prescription needs, and we are thrilled to now be a one-stop-shop for guests’ pets as well,” said Tim Purser, director of pharmacy for The United Family.

Pet Meds is now available at each store banner of The United Family, including United Supermarkets, Market Street, Amigos and Albertsons Market.
