Sprouts Opens Online Orders for the Holidays

Natural and organic grocer Sprouts Farmers Market is now taking in-store and online orders for all its customers' holiday meal needs, offering both pickup and delivery options.

Patrons can visit sprouts.com/holiday to reserve main course meats, fully prepared holiday meals and catering trays, as well as to browse recipes and tips, or schedule grocery delivery for thousands of products. Fresh organic or natural turkeys, prepared meals and catering trays can be reserved for pickup from 300-plus locations nationwide, or, beginning Nov. 7 for select ZIP codes, delivered.

Ready-to-cook centerpiece meats include organic and natural turkeys, spiral sliced hams, and USDA Choice rib roasts, all fresh and never frozen. Prepared meals include traditional trimmings and seasonal sides starting at $29.99, with main courses such as roasted boneless turkey breast for two, or party-sized portions that feed six to eight of any of three meats: USDA Choice boneless rib roast, a natural whole turkey or spiral sliced ham, complete with seasonal sides and dinner rolls.

For those seeking better-for-you or allergen-friendly options, stores are offering Sprouts brand treats and recipe boosters such as Candy Cane and Cinnamon Eggnog Gelatos, Belgian Chocolate Thins, Gluten-Free Stuffing Mix, and Maple Brown Sugar Ham Glaze. Festive florals, gifts for all ages, gingerbread houses and cookie-decorating kits are also available in-store.

For November purchases, preorders of meats and prepared meals are available on the website or at the deli counter through Nov. 17, and preorders of catering trays are available through Nov. 20, both of which must be picked up by Thanksgiving Day at noon. Delivery to select ZIP codes for holiday meats and meals begins Nov. 7, with Thanksgiving Day delivery available.

For December purchases, preorders of meats and prepared meals are available on the website or at the deli counter from Nov. 26 through Dec. 28

Also, from Nov. 1 through Dec. 31, shoppers can purchase pre-packed "Grab 'N Give" bags filled with pantry staples or personal care items at a 10 percent discount that Sprouts will donate on their behalf to a local food bank. Donation bags are approximately $10 and include canned food, nonperishable groceries and body care products. Last year, Sprouts shoppers donated more than 370,000 bags filled with groceries, providing more than 2.3 million meals to those in need.
