Milwaukee-based Carma Laboratories, Inc., maker of Carmex lip balm products, has launched new Carmex Cold Sore Treatment. The new offering was designed with TriPLEX Formula advanced technology, which combines three optical brightener and filler technologies that each provides unique appearance-minimizing benefits. The formula also contains a blend of silicone elastomers, commonly used in high-end skincare products, to give the product a smooth, silky feel. Carmex Cold Sore Treatment is available in 0.07-ounce tubes for an SRP of $14.99 at drugstores and mass market retailers nationwide.
