Smoked, Sliced, Simplified Ham

For customers who want to present a premium meal but whose time is at a premium, Sarasota, Fla.-based Boar’s Head recently introduced Spiral Sliced Applewood Smoked Boneless Ham, just in time for what the company calls “simplified holiday entertaining.”

The premium extra-lean ham is made from pure whole-muscle pork and smoked with real applewood chips. For the sake of convenience, the ham is fully cooked and spiral sliced for an easy, attractive presentation.

In another effort to help consumers with holiday meals, Boar’s Head has added seasonal recipes like Yukon Gold Potato Pave and Roasted Pears with Brie to its website.
