Sam’s Club Event Treats Guests Like Members
Sam’s Club’s three-day Friends & Family Open House, taking place Friday, Dec. 13 to Sunday, Dec. 15, enables guests to shop at the nationwide warehouse club chain for holiday gifts and winter essentials without paying non-member upcharges.
At clubs in some states, shoppers may need to visit Member Services to get a temporary no-fees shopping pass, according to the retailer.
No Fees Online, Either
“Sam’s Club shares the gift of members-only savings with friends and family this weekend,” notes Charles Redfield, EVP of merchandise for Sam’s Club, a 630-location division of Bentonville, Ark.-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. “Our members shop Sam’s Club for savings as much as they do surprises. With dozens of new items arriving at Sam’s Club this month, the Open House is a timely preview of the name brands, top-quality merchandise and amazing values our members enjoy year-round.”
The deals for non-members continue online, where guests can purchase furniture, housewares, play sets and technology without fees by entering their email addresses before checking out.
