PGI Store of the Month: Broulim’s

Rigby, Idaho-based Broulim’s newest 62,000-square-foot store focuses on fresh before customers even set foot in the store. A smoker right outside the front doors cooks up to 300 pounds of meat at a time for freshly smoked pork, chicken, beef and salmon served in the store’s prepared foods department. Up to 70 percent of the store’s customers shop the fresh and prepared foods departments.
