Ukiah, Calif.-based Pamela’s Products has introduced five sprouted-grain pancake mixes under its Pamela's brand, all made with nutrient-dense sprouted grains, which are easier to digest and contain a host of health benefits. The mixes are wheat-, gluten-, corn-, soy- and egg-free, and come in five varieties: Buttermilk, Buckwheat, Protein, 6 Grain and Non-Dairy. They retail in 12-ounce boxes with an SRP of $6.49 to $7.99 each.
