A&P Fresh store, spawned from a licensing agreement that will see Starbucks locations open in A&P-operated locations in Allendale, Kenilworth and Mahwah, N.J. later this month.

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J. -- Quick Chek, a family-operated chain of over 100 convenience store locations in New Jersey and southern New York, yesterday launched its first Quick Chek Souper Chef Cooking Contest, giving customers the chance to submit an original recipe incorporating one of the company's 14 Fall Menu Soups. The contest runs through Dec. 5.
