Nielsen’s Russo to Explore Digital Engagement at Connected Consumer Summit

Meeting consumers’ level of digital engagement is an ongoing challenge for grocery retailers. James Russo, SVP, Global Consumer Insights, Nielsen, will deliver insights into the top digital trends impacting consumers and what companies can do to meet and exceed shopper expectations at Progressive Grocer’s Connected Consumer Summit.

Shoppers won’t stop shopping, but they are continually upping their digital engagement, and retailers must evolve to stay connected to consumers. Russo shares a deeper level of understanding of consumer dynamics and the trends that can lead retailers and manufacturers to strategic, sustained growth.

Russo will present Nielsen findings in a keynote address at Progressive Grocer’s exclusive, invitation-only 2015 Connected Consumer Summit, taking place May 5-6 at the Renaissance Chicago O’Hare Suites Hotel, Rosemont, Ill.
