NFRA Makes Personnel Changes

The National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association (NFRA) has promoted Dayna Jackson to director of membership and hired Sarah Thompson as administrative assistant – meetings/member services. Jackson now handles all of NFRA’s membership recruitment and retention activities, while Thompson coordinates registration for the NFRA Convention and maintains the organization’s membership database, along with supporting the executive team.

Previously employed by the PA Coalition Against Rape as an office manager, Jackson (left) has worked at NFRA for the past five years in the meeting and member services area. She has a paralegal specialist degree from the Academy of Medical Arts and Business.

Thompson (right) brings to her new position experience in event registration and database management. She graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in business administration and a concentration in management. She comes to NFRA from Crump Life Insurance Services, where she worked in the agent contracting department.

Harrisburg, Pa.-based NFRA is a nonprofit trade association representing all segments of the frozen and refrigerated foods industry, and sponsors March National Frozen Food Month, June Dairy Month, the June/July Ice Cream & Novelties promotion, and the October Cool Food for Kids educational outreach initiative. Its annual National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Convention takes place in October.
