Kraft Foods to Host USC Industry Exec Program

The Kraft Foods Group will host the USC Marshall School of Business Food Industry Executive Program (FIEP) in Chicago, Ill., on Oct. 14 -17, 2013. Program registration is limited to 50 industry participants.

Taught by USC Marshall School of Business professors and food industry “subject matter” experts, the FIEP is designed for food industry executives, managers and high potentials from retail/wholesale and consumer packaged goods companies seeking to enhance their leadership and strategic thinking skills.

The four-day program, which integrates lectures, group work, experiential projects, presentations and guest speakers, focuses on leadership development and engages attendees by strengthening skills that can be put to use in the workplace.

The lectures cover a variety of topics including marketing, personal leadership, communication and understanding the financial perspective. The program is designed to provide participants with stronger management skills, enhanced business acumen and a solid understanding of communication in order to better lead their organizations.
