Juanita's Foods Names Co-CEOs
WILMINGTON, Calif. -- Mexican food manufacturer Juanita's Foods here has appointed Mark and Aaron De La Torre as co-c.e.o.'s. The brothers are sons of George De La Torre Jr., who is chairman of the board, and son of George De La Torre, Sr. who, together with his nephew, Albert Guerrero, co-founded Juanita's Foods in 1946.
Juanita's said the appointments are an integral part of the of the family-owned company's long-term succession plan.
Juanita's Foods offers a full line of refrigerated Mexican gourmet entrees, canned Mexican soups, canned entrees, sauces, and Mexican beverage mixes. Products are sold under the Juanita's, Juanita's Foods, Juanita's Foods Mexican Gourmet, Tia Anita's, and Pico Pica brands.
