Fairway’s ‘Food Rock Stars’ Make In-store Appearance

Some of Fairway Market’s notable experts —including James Beard Award-winning cheesemonger Steve Jenkins, master butcher Ray Venezia, master fishmonger Tony Maltese, deli specialist Omar Burhan, specialty imports expert Will Sneddon, and prepared foods and pasta expert Vinnie Olivieri — will make an in-store appearance at the Woodland Park, N.J., store Oct. 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Billed as Fairway’s “Food Rock Stars,” these experts will share their deep food knowledge, the tricks of the trade, and answer cooking questions. In addition, other Fairway Market staff will offer samples and conversation throughout the store.
