PORTLAND, Maine -- In direct response to the continued surge in popularity of ethnic food and beverages, Diversified Business Communications here, owner of Expo Comida Latina and KosherFest said it would launch Cultural Food, which it called a new brand for the next generation of its series of ethnic food and beverage business events and online communities.
“We have responded to the growing demand by leveraging our Kosher, Hispanic, and Asian food and beverage brands and offering retail and foodservice professionals the largest marketplace of new, exciting ethnic food and beverage products,” said Brian Randall, group v.p. at Diversified, in a statement.
Diversified launched Expo Comida Latina in 2002, which now has events in New York, Los Angeles, and Houston.
