Zero Zone to be Divested
NORTH PRAIRIE, Wisc. -- Total Logistics, Inc. said it intends to divest Zero Zone, Inc., the reach-in and refrigeration manufacturer based here.
Zero Zone, which was recently acquired as part of a larger acquisition, said in a statement that Total Logistics has decided to divest the company because it is a non-core division.
Investment banking firm Goldman, Sachs & Co. has been engaged to manage the divestiture, and Zero Zone management is working closely with Goldman, Sachs on the sale.
Zero Zone said its management "looks forward to continuing the Zero Zone tradition of highest quality refrigerated cases and systems under the new ownership structure."
