Youngquist Named President at Knowlan's Super Markets
VADNAIS HEIGHTS, Minn. -- Regional operator Knowlan's Super Markets, based here, has appointed Lauri Youngquist president and c.o.o. Knowlan's owns and operates grocery stores under the Festival Foods and eponymous banners.
Having previously worked for Knowlan's as a bagger and stocker as a teenager, Youngquist returned to the Vadnais Heights-based grocery chain in 1991 as controller. She more recently was promoted to chief financial officer.
Knowlan's operates five Festival Foods stores, two Knowlan's grocery stores, and three Dunn Brothers Coffee franchises in northern Twin Cities suburbs. The company also plans to add a Festival Foods store and Dunn Brothers in Hugo, Minn.
